Wyckoff is one of seven Bergen County municipalities and districts with a public question on the Nov. 3 ballot, according to the county clerk's list. Dumont asks whether to retain its overnight winter street-parking ban, and Franklin Lakes asks whether the borough should consider an annual bow-and-arrow deer cull for three years — both advisory and non-binding. New Milford asks voters, also non-bindingly, to continue its own open space, recreation, farmland and historic preservation trust fund. Oradell Public School, Park Ridge and Tenafly also have questions. The list is marked unofficial and subject to change.[2]
