The board had already voted 8-0 on March 11 to approve Regency Center (UB Wyckoff1, LLC)'s 3,720-square-foot retail building with three tenant spaces — one reserved for a possible restaurant — at 525 Cedar Hill Avenue. On April 8, only the formal memorializing resolution for that approval was carried to the board's May 13 meeting at the applicant's request.[6]
